The cone procedure has become the procedure of choice for Ebstein anomaly. In this video, Elizabeth H. Stephens, M.D., Ph.D., a congenital surgeon on the multi-disciplinary team at Mayo led by Joseph A. Dearani. M.D., illustrates a modification of the cone operation consisting of pericardial patch augmentation. This modification is utilized when there is insufficient leaflet tissue for the cone.
