Chicago alderman discusses controversy over process for removing historical monuments

A project by Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot to review historical monuments for possible removal is facing a challenge from Alderman Brendan Reilly, who recently introduced an ordinance that would give the City Council the final say over whether statues are taken down.
